TheTreeTones is Truckee's Newest Jazz Ensemble ready to provide live entertainment for your events.

"I’ve had the pleasure of attending numerous events at various types of venues with The TreeTones providing the live music. They do not disappoint.   Smooth jazz with a lot of soul!” - Janet Keeter, Truckee, CA

Bill Wang has played saxophone, flute and other instruments on and off his whole life.  When not playing or listening to music, Bill enjoys life in Truckee including skiing, mountain biking, hiking and an occasional triathlon.

Tahoe-based multi-instrumentalist looper, James Clarke was brought up singing and performing in his local church, but it wasn't until his senior year in high school that he finally started realizing an appetite for music. Upon entering college, he started recruiting other players and began releasing and performing music under his surname, "Clarke".

For the next few years, the band went under numerous renovations until ultimately transitioning into a solo act in 2013. In 2019, he paired up with Swiss beat-maker and producer, Kevin Arronchado, to form "TSIO"--a collaboration that classifies itself as down tempo electronic soul sex music.

The duo performed shows around San Francisco and are currently working on an EP. Using extensive loops, layers, and catchy melodies, James Clarke's live performances navigate through sultry vocals and dip into the grittiness of rock.

Marty Anderson. Guitarist and lover of a very broad spectrum of music, including jazz, rock, blues, R and B and folk.  Played guitar in SF Bay Jazz Band 2003-2006, the Truckee Music Collective and loves improv.  His latest project is a rock band called Fresh Trax. He is on the board of the Tahoe Truckee School of Music and is enjoying focusing more fully on musical explorations with friends.

Jamie Candiloro - "Candyman" Jamie is originally a Los Angeles based record producer and multi instrumentalist. His clients include R.E.M., Willie Nelson, Eagles, and Courtney Love. He majored in Recording Arts at the University of North Carolina where he played drums in many Jazz and Swing bands. He currently resides with his wife Ali and many furry friends in Truckee. Hobbies include carpentry and cooking as well as making cocktails.

David Galson has called Truckee home for the last 14 years and has been making a wide journey through many genre's of musical performance including folk-rock, blues, bluegrass and now jazz.

He honed his performing skills with The Summit Rollers, BanJoe and The Grizzlies, and Delta Charlie, and is now swinging for the back fences with The TreeTones.
